What are you doing with your Brand?

Economic conditions are tough and budgets are tight but the good news is that you can still make an impact when it comes to logo gear. As the landscape opens up and there are fewer players on the field, take advantage of the timing and make a creative statement that will be noticed. This is also a really good time to get back to basics- what are the items that your clients use every day that provide you an opportunity to show off your brand? Think about your daily routine and all of the items that you come into contact with, I just did and here are some ideas...

Mugs and water bottles are somewhat of a commodity these days but always useful and if you give them one that always outperforms in function and style, they'll use yours instead!

Think about what people carry their daily supplies in- a computer brief or a laptop backpack. Do they take their lunch to work? Give them a bright and functional cooler bag that they will use over and over.

These notebook and pen combination sets come in handy for jotting down notes on the run. Can't come into the office with chapped lips, make it fun with this small compact that includes a mirror.

Everywhere you turn you hear or see something about the new iPHONE- why not capitalize on the exposure by giving away a protective sleeve with your brand all over it?!

There are some gifts that will always be appreciated- a beautiful picture frame, sleek desk speakers and a candy jar for a little afternoon pick me up (send or drop off the refills each month, this helps with your exposure on a regular basis and builds rapport)...

Think about prime desk and computer real estate to get your name in front of your clients and prospects all day long. Practical items like computer calendars (I use mine all the time), screen cleaners and staplers are inexpensive yet functional items...

Get the gadgets ready for the trip home, this solar charger and these wraparound headphones are perfect for the commuter on the go!

Think of promotional products as value advertising. You can maximize your marketing dollars through repeat impressions. Promotional gifts and give-aways are affordable, useful and engage the recipient long after their first positive impression. Many items become walking billboards for your brand, use them as a tool and turn marketing dollars into sales!

Pump It Up Gas Promo

GAS GAS GAS! Every time I turn around, I hear more about how the cost of gas is going up up up. Wouldn’t you love it if somebody gave you a gift certificate for free gas?! FREE is something that everyone appreciates and GAS creates an immediate reaction simply based on the soaring prices for fuel. Check out this new promotional gift idea:

The gift certificates are available in increments of $50, $100, $200, $250 and $500. The recipient redeems the certificate and receives a $25 gift card each month based on the total amount they were given to be used at the station of their choice.

This is great for Account Openers, Consumer Promotions, Credit Card Offers, Door Openers, Incentives, Premiums, Referrals, Sales Promotions and Traffic Builders.

I love this idea right now because it's relevant, new and different. Branded gifts are about repeat impressions and how someone is going to remember you. This is a gift that immediately helps people with their bottom line and shows that you have your finger on the pulse of giving a gift that means something and has real value.
